Engagement Structure

Foundation Sessions and Structured Advisory engagements are separate offerings. Foundation Sessions are limited-capacity, small-group experiences. Structured Advisory is delivered in defined, sequential phases and requires completion of prior phases before progression.

Engagement in either offering constitutes agreement to the terms outlined herein.

Payment Terms

Payment is required to confirm placement in a Foundation Session or to secure engagement within a Structured Advisory phase.

For Foundation Sessions, full tuition is due upon enrollment confirmation. Placement is not reserved until payment has been received.

For Structured Advisory phases, payment terms are confirmed prior to commencement of each phase. Each phase is engaged independently and requires payment prior to start.

Failure to remit payment within the agreed timeframe may result in forfeiture of placement or advisory capacity.

Refund Policy

All payments made toward Foundation Sessions and Structured Advisory engagements are final and non-refundable.

Foundation Sessions are limited to a maximum of 15 participants per session. Upon enrollment confirmation, a seat is reserved and removed from availability. As capacity is limited, confirmed placement represents a committed allocation of resources and scheduling.

Structured Advisory engagements require reservation of limited advisory capacity. Acceptance into a phase secures a dedicated advisory position not concurrently offered to other businesses. Once engagement is confirmed and payment is rendered, no refunds are issued, regardless of participation level, scheduling changes, or early withdrawal.

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, methodologies, structured analyses, session content, written documentation, and advisory systems presented within Foundation Sessions and Structured Advisory engagements are proprietary and protected intellectual property.

Participation does not grant any license, ownership, or rights to reproduce, replicate, modify, distribute, teach, publish, commercialize, or otherwise use these materials or methodologies outside the scope of personal internal business application.

Participants expressly agree not to develop, market, or deliver programs, services, or educational offerings that replicate or are substantially derived from the proprietary structure, sequence, or methodologies presented.

Unauthorized use, duplication, or commercial application of proprietary materials may result in legal action.

Enrollment & Capacity

Submission of a Foundation Session request does not guarantee placement. Enrollment is confirmed separately via email upon review and availability.

Structured Advisory engagement is confirmed following inquiry, review, and mutual agreement.

By submitting payment for any offering, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
